What happens when the free trial ends?

You get 30 days of full access without a card. Before the trial ends, subscribe on the Billing page to carry on. If you do nothing, the workspace simply stops until you subscribe — your data stays put.

Can I change plan later?

Accepted Answer

There is only one plan and it already includes every module. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from the Billing page, and your price always follows the number of staff on your workspace.

Question 3

Do my staff get their own logins?

Accepted Answer

They can. An administrator flips the self-service switch on a staff record and that person can sign in to see only their own shifts, leave, loans and payslips.

Does payroll follow South African rules?

Accepted Answer

The engine ships with the BCEA rule set — overtime at 1.5x, Sunday and public-holiday premiums, night allowance, UIF, SDL and PAYE. Operating elsewhere? Every rule is editable in Company settings.

Can I use Global FlexiShift outside South Africa?

Accepted Answer

Yes. South Africa, the UK, US and Australia ship ready to use, and any other country can be set up with its own tax, levy, working-time, leave and public-holiday rules. Those figures are a starting point — you check them against your country's official sources and stay responsible for keeping them correct.

Can I manage housekeepers, gardeners and nannies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose Domestic when setting up your workspace to use South African domestic-sector hours, minimum-wage, leave, UIF, night-work, safe-transport and accommodation-deduction rules. You can record and monitor foreign-national work permits and generate a basic employment contract from each staff record. Global FlexiShift helps you apply and track these requirements, but the employer remains responsible for checking current law and each worker's circumstances.

Who owns the data I put into Global FlexiShift?

Accepted Answer

You do. Every staff record, roster, payslip and document in your workspace belongs to your company — we hold it to run the service for you and nothing else. We never sell it, never use it for advertising and never use it to train AI models. Export it whenever you like, or ask us to delete it.

Question 8

How is my staff data protected?

Accepted Answer

Encrypted on the way to us and while stored, each workspace kept separate so no company can see another's records, passwords stored only as irreversible hashes, access inside the workspace limited by role, and every change to pay and staff records written to an audit trail that cannot be edited.

Does Global FlexiShift comply with privacy laws like GDPR and POPIA?

Accepted Answer

It is built to those principles: a lawful purpose for everything held, only the data the service needs, kept while your account is active, and your right to see, correct, export or delete it. Your workspace sits on servers in Ireland under EU data-protection law, which is the cross-border safeguard POPIA asks South African companies to disclose. Full detail is on our privacy page.

Question 10

Do you use my data to train AI?

Accepted Answer

No. The in-app assistant answers only from your own workspace, only while it is answering, and nothing you enter is used to train any model or shown to another company.

How do I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Cancel from the Billing page in a click. You keep access to the end of the paid period and can resume whenever you like.
